Bluenana Smoothie

P90X boca raton recipes  




This smoothie tastes so damn good, you won't know it's good for you! Enjoy as a Breakfast alternative or as a snack between meals.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 frozen banana 
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tsp chia seed
add stevia (natural calorie free sweetener) to taste. maybe 1/2 tsp at a time till you find your desired sweetness. Everyone is different with regards to sweetness.

optional: 
1 scoop protein powder. If you add sweetened protein, don't add stevia. 

Mix in a blender and blend away. ENJOY!
